About Mrs. Diane Davis:

I was born in Estherville, Iowa and lived with my family on a farm in northern Iowa. During family devotions, when I was 5 years old I realized that I was a sinner and needed the Savior, I was saved that evening. Several years later I followed the Lord in believer’s baptism.

Following high school I went to Pillsbury Baptist Bible College where I received my elementary teaching degree. After graduation, I taught 1st grade at Faith Baptist Christian School in St. Paul for 8 years. During that time, I met Stephen Davis, we were married on July 25, 1987.  A few months later the Lord led us into the Pastorate for 11 1/2 years in Iowa. During that time, our son Benjamin was born. I home schooled him through the 3rd grade. My husband felt the Lord leading him into full time ministry with WCTS and we moved back to the Twin Cities. I taught 2 more years at Faith in St. Paul until there was an opening for me at Fourth. I have been teaching at Fourth Baptist Christian School since 2001.

About Mrs. Kim Morrell:

I was raised in a Christian family. I accepted Jesus as my personal savior when I was 11 years old. I knew I was a sinner in need of a savior. After church one Sunday I talked to my pastor. It was then that I put my faith and trust in Jesus. I attended Northland Baptist Bible College and majored in Elementary Eduction. It was there that I met my husband Matt. We were married after I graduated in 1999 and moved to MN for Matt to attended seminary. While in seminary, Matt became youth pastor at Chicago Lakes Baptist Church. I also taught 3rd grade at the Christin school
there until my oldest was born. After He was born, I had the privilege of staying home with him and the rest of my children. Matt and I and have 5 children. Our oldest 3 are in college now and our 2 youngest are students at FBCS. In 2008, God led our family to Fourth Baptist Church where Matt serves as the senior pastor.
Over the last 20 plus years as a pastors’s wife, God has given me many opportunities to work with children in the church and school. In 2020, I starting working at FBCS as an elementary teacher’s aide and substitute teacher. I am excited to be back in the classroom again and teach second grade.
